Managing Users

The Users section is where you manage everyone who has signed up on the platform. Whether they are a customer, seller, influencer, or any other role, their account lives here.

Go to https://byndio.in/admin/users to see all registered users. The list shows each user’s name, email, roles, and when they signed up.

You can search by name or email to find a specific person quickly. You can also filter by role to see, for example, only sellers or only influencers.

Click on any user to see their full profile. This includes:

  • Personal details — Name, email, phone number, avatar.
  • Roles — Which roles they currently hold (Customer, Seller, Influencer, etc.).
  • Orders — A history of everything they have purchased.
  • Addresses — Their saved delivery addresses.

From the user detail page, you can edit their information. This includes updating their name, email, or phone number. You can also assign or remove roles manually if the situation calls for it — for example, if someone needs their seller access revoked.

Users can have different statuses:

  • Active — Normal account, fully functional.
  • Banned — The user cannot log in or use the platform. Use this for users who violate platform rules.

Beyond the general Users section, the admin sidebar has dedicated areas for each role:

View all seller accounts, their shop details, and the products they have listed. You can approve or reject seller applications here. If a seller is causing issues (fake products, poor service), you can take action from their profile.

Similar to sellers, but for B2B suppliers. Review their business details, the categories they serve, and their order history.

See all influencer profiles, their social media stats, storefront activity, and campaign participation. Approve or reject influencer applications.

View affiliate accounts, their referral link performance, tier status, and earnings. Approve or reject affiliate applications.

Manage brand accounts, view their campaigns, and review their applications.
