  2. Suppliers browse requirements — These show up as “leads” on the supplier dashboard. Suppliers filter for requirements that match what they sell.
  3. Supplier submits a quote — They respond with their price, delivery timeline, and any notes.
  4. Negotiation — The buyer and supplier chat back and forth. They can discuss pricing, quantities, delivery terms, or anything else.
  5. Buyer accepts a quote — Once they are happy with a supplier’s offer, they accept it.
  6. B2B order is created — This generates a separate B2B order with its own payment and delivery tracking.
  7. Delivery and completion — The supplier fulfils the order, the buyer confirms delivery, and both sides can rate each other.
