My Account
Once a customer is logged in, they can access their account at https://byndio.in/my-account. This is their personal hub for managing everything — orders, addresses, wallet, messages, and more.
The page is organised into tabs. Here is what each one does.
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”This is the landing tab. It gives the customer a quick overview of their account:
- Stats at a glance — Number of orders, wishlist items, wallet balance, and reward points.
- Role application statuses — If they have applied to become a Seller, Influencer, Affiliate, or other role, they can see whether each application is Pending, Approved, or Rejected.
- Role dashboard links — For any approved roles, there are direct links to the relevant dashboard (e.g., Seller Dashboard, Influencer Hub).
Think of it as the customer’s home screen.
Orders
Section titled “Orders”A list of all orders the customer has placed, with pagination for easy browsing. Each entry shows the order number, date, total amount, and current status. Clicking an order takes them to the full order detail page.

Wishlist
Section titled “Wishlist”Products the customer has saved for later. They can add items to their wishlist from any product page by clicking the heart icon. From this tab, they can view their saved products, remove items, or add them to the cart.
Addresses
Section titled “Addresses”This is where customers manage their delivery addresses. They can:
- Add a new address — Name, phone, street, city, state, postcode, and country.
- Edit an existing address — Update any details.
- Delete an address — Remove ones they no longer need.
- Set a default — Mark one address as their primary delivery address, which is pre-selected at checkout.
Points
Section titled “Points”The loyalty rewards section. Customers earn points from purchases, writing reviews, referrals, and other activities. This tab shows their current points balance and history of how points were earned.
Points can be redeemed during checkout for a discount. See the Wallet & Rewards guide for full details.
Wallet
Section titled “Wallet”Shows the customer’s wallet balance and transaction history. Wallet credit comes from refunds, promotions, and other platform activities. Customers can also request withdrawals to their bank account from here.

Messages
Section titled “Messages”Conversations between the customer and sellers. If a customer has a question about a product or an issue with an order, they can message the seller directly. This tab lists all their conversations, and they can click into any one to read the full thread and reply.
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Where the customer updates their personal information:
- Name — Change their display name.
- Phone number — Add or update their phone number.
- Avatar — Upload a profile picture.
Changes are saved immediately.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Account security and preferences:
- Password change — Enter current password and set a new one.
- Two-factor authentication — Enable or disable 2FA using an authenticator app.
- Active sessions — See which devices are currently logged in, and log out of any unwanted sessions.
- Notification preferences — Choose which notifications they want to receive (order updates, promotions, messages, etc.).
