Admin Login
The admin panel is where you control everything on the platform — users, products, orders, settings, content, and more.
Accessing the admin panel
Section titled “Accessing the admin panel”Go to https://byndio.in/admin and sign in with your admin email and password.
Once logged in, you will see the admin dashboard with an overview of recent activity, orders, revenue, and user growth.
What you can do from the admin panel
Section titled “What you can do from the admin panel”The admin panel is organised into sections in the left sidebar:
- Dashboard — At-a-glance metrics: recent orders, revenue charts, user growth, top products.
- Users — View, search, and manage all user accounts on the platform.
- Sellers — Review seller applications, view their shops, and manage commissions.
- Suppliers — Manage B2B supplier accounts and subscriptions.
- Influencers — Review influencer applications and view their storefronts.
- Affiliates — Manage affiliate accounts and view earnings.
- Products — Browse all products, approve or reject new listings, manage categories.
- Categories — Create and organise product categories and subcategories.
- Orders — View all orders across the platform, handle disputes and returns.
- Commissions — See how much commission the platform has earned and configure rates.
- Payouts — Track and process withdrawal requests from sellers and partners.
- Campaigns — Manage brand campaigns and influencer applications.
- Coupons — Create and manage discount codes.
- Flash Sales — Schedule time-limited promotions.
- Blog — Write and publish blog posts.
- Pages — Manage static pages like Terms, Privacy Policy, and custom content.
- FAQs — Add and organise frequently asked questions.
- Settings — Configure the platform: site name, payment gateways, shipping, email, and more.
- CMS — Control homepage banners, hero sections, promo blocks, and other visual content.
Tips for navigating the panel
Section titled “Tips for navigating the panel”- Use the search bar at the top to quickly find users, products, or orders.
- Most tables support filtering and sorting — click column headers or use the filter buttons.
- When viewing a record (like a product or order), look for action buttons in the top-right corner. These let you approve, reject, edit, or delete.
- Changes you make in Settings are saved instantly when you click “Save”.
