Static Pages
Not everything on the website is products and orders. BYNDIO also has a collection of static pages — informational content that does not change often but is essential for running a trustworthy marketplace.
Policy and legal pages
Section titled “Policy and legal pages”Every marketplace needs the basics:
- Terms of Service — The rules of using the platform. What users agree to when they sign up.
- Privacy Policy — How the platform collects, uses, and protects personal data.
- Refund Policy — What happens when a customer wants their money back. Under what conditions refunds are granted and how the process works.
These pages are legally important. They protect both you and your users, and many payment gateways require them before they will process transactions on your behalf.
Managing static pages
Section titled “Managing static pages”All static pages are managed from the admin panel under Pages. Each page has three parts:
- Title — The page heading that visitors see.
- Slug — The URL path for the page. For example, a slug of
terms-of-servicemeans the page lives at https://byndio.in/pages/terms-of-service. - Content — The body text, written using a rich text editor. You can format text, add headings, insert links, and include images.
You can create as many custom pages as you need. Want to add a “Shipping Information” page? A “Seller Guidelines” page? Just create a new page, give it a title and slug, write the content, and publish it.
Pages you create automatically appear in the footer of the website, so visitors can find them easily.
Updating existing pages
Section titled “Updating existing pages”To update a page, go to Pages in the admin panel, find the page you want to edit, and click on it. Make your changes in the editor and save. The update goes live immediately.
Review your policy pages at least once every few months. Laws change, your business practices evolve, and your pages should reflect the current reality.
”Become a…” landing pages
Section titled “”Become a…” landing pages”BYNDIO has a set of special pages that explain the benefits of each role to potential applicants:
- https://byndio.in/become/seller — Explains why someone should sell on BYNDIO.
- https://byndio.in/become/supplier — Pitches the B2B marketplace to potential suppliers.
- https://byndio.in/become/influencer — Shows creators how they can earn by curating products.
- https://byndio.in/become/affiliate — Tells promoters about the referral commission programme.
- https://byndio.in/become/brand — Invites brands to launch influencer marketing campaigns.
Each of these pages outlines the perks of the role, how it works, and includes a call-to-action button for the visitor to apply. They are designed to convert curious visitors into active participants on the platform.
Think of these as your recruitment pages. The better they explain the value proposition, the more quality sellers, influencers, and partners you will attract.
